Before deposits open, we’ll publish the final product price, what’s included, supported features, estimated shipping window, shipping and tax information, and a fixed batch decision deadline. The website’s $XXX.XX figures are placeholders, not purchase prices.

Once reservations open, the deposit will be credited in full toward your purchase. It is not an extra fee, and it is not the full product price.
Keep the choice yours.
You can cancel any time before confirming your final order for a full $25 refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee or deduction for payment-processing costs. Your receipt will include a straightforward cancellation link and support contact.
Confirm before paying the rest.
We’ll ask you to approve the final configuration, remaining balance, shipping, taxes and delivery estimate. The balance will never be charged automatically. If you choose not to proceed, your deposit will be refunded. The final-order invitation will state its response deadline; no response by that date will also result in a refund.
A clear decision date.
If we cancel the batch or it does not go ahead by the published batch decision deadline, we’ll automatically refund deposits in full. A batch decision date is not a shipping date. If delivery timing changes, we’ll explain the change and offer a choice to continue waiting or cancel for a refund of payments for the unshipped order.
